Refunds will be initiated as per the following policies.
- If the service is not initiated, the client is eligible for full refund of the amount paid.
- If the client has approved the final services needed or is demanding changes in the service type, then the refund will become void and cannot be initiated.
- If a refund is demanded within 2-7 days after the delivery of a service where clients point to major issues only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded or issues will be fixed at no extra cost.
- A client cannot claim a refund after 7 days of the delivery of the service.
- Once the service is initiated or gets live there will be no refund afterward. And if a client demands to make any other changes than requested before there will be a certain fee depending on the nature of the request.
- There will be a valid reason for the refund claim such as the service output is not the same as briefed etc.
- DragonX Offensive Securities have all the right to disapprove/cancel the refund request if the intention or reason for the refund is not in good faith.
